Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
As many of you will know our son/brother Nicky was diagnosed with a brain tumour in October 2014. These last 10 months have been very difficult for all of us.
Nicky had major surgery 3 days after diagnosis to remove as much as possible of the tumour, he has endured 33 sessions of radiotherapy and 3 cycles of chemotherapy at Clatterbridge Cancer Centre. He is having an MRI scan this week followed by a visit to his oncologist next week, so we can keep you updated of any progress.
We are walking the Chester Twilight 10k on Sunday 27th September in aid of The Brain Tumour Charity.
Brain tumours are the least funded cancers in the UK but sadly the biggest killer of people under 40.
We would both like to ask you all to donate as much as possible to this worthy cause.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails.
