On Sunday 20th September I will be attempting to run The Great North, it's the biggest half marathon in the world with over 54,000 runners.  The charity that I have chosen is CRISIS, they support single homeless people.  I feel very privileged to have the opportunity and good health  to take part.  As you can see from the website 'Sue-So-Slow', I am not a natural runner but  more of a plodder!  So I will be praying for good weather and hope to complete the run in approximately two and a half hours.  My race number is 43994 and I will be running somewhere near the back.
