Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever. Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia can have access to support. 

Two years ago, my mum was diagnosed with vascular dementia which has effected her and our whole family. 

I am raising funds to help and support others who find themselves in the daunting situation.
