I am running in memory of my sister, Julie who sadly lotst the fight with cancer a long time ago. She would be so proud of her wonderful children, Jenny and Joe. I have chosen to run for Team Verrico as they are a local cancer charity, committed to raising money both for research and direct support for affected families. Although local, they have a national reach and I was honoured to meet a fellow runner at the London Parks Half past year who had recieved direct support and was running in thanks..
