British Skin Foundation Walk for Skin · 8 July 2009

The British Skin Foundation is the only charity in the UK dedicated to funding research into skin disease and skin cancer. We fund groundbreaking studies that uncover the causes of skin disease and drive new treatments. We believe in healthy skin for everyone.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

This year the British Skin Foundation (BSF) is organising a walk exploring Glasgow’s changing relationship with its largest river. The walk, which is six miles along the Clyde river is to raise funds for the BSF.

The BSF is a registered charity committed to raising funds for skin disease research. Working closely with the British Association of Dermatologists the foundation is the only charity dedicated to supporting dermatologists and skin science. Their mission is to fund work that may lead to new treatments and eventually cures for the many skin diseases that blight millions of lives.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

So please dig deep and donate now.
