Story
As the country tries to get to grips with the Coronavirus pandemic, we at Mary Ann Evans Hospice and South Warwickshire NHS Foundation Trust (SWFT) have expanded our Rapid Response End of Life Care Service. The service will now be available day and night across all of northern Warwickshire. Now providing all of Northern Warwickshire with twenty-four hour end of life community care. Both Mary Ann and SWFT feel that in this time of crisis the only option that is available is to do our utmost together to provide essential levels of care to all of the most vulnerable across all of Northern Warwickshire. We will be stepping up our joint operation immediately to try to ensure that those living with life-limiting illnesses will not be affected at this crucial time.

A bit about me:
Retired from my Lymphoedema Team role at Mary Ann Evans just before lockdown but , I am still very much involved and committed to the wonderful work that Team Mary Ann continues to do in Warwickshire. And wanted to be part of this vital fundraising effort. I'm 60, have a dodgy ankle, knee and back and more at ease in water than on land, but... due to COVID 19 a swim challenge is currently ruled out..... So, instead I'll take on a Nordic Pole Walking Challenge for TEAM MARY ANN. I appreciate any sponsorship for this great cause.
In return my support team (aka Stephen Hansard) will make a photographic record of the challenge......
