Swansea Bay is a fabulous place to race, with its flat, scenic route. But what I'm doing - speed-walking my way to the 10K finish line - is nothing compared to the challenges twenty-something leaders in Central Asia are tackling to bring lasting change to their communities.

Most young people in countries like Tajikistan for example, grow up with one ambition - to leave.

But these young Christian leaders are committed to sticking around and tackling the issues plaguing their communities.

Trained and resourced by Innovista they are working to bring hope to women who are victims of domestic violence, young people addicted to drugs and alcohol, and parents living in grinding poverty struggling to feed their children.

In 2012 Innovista trained 863 young leaders. Please support me and help them reach their goal of 2000 for the year 2015!
