Anyone who knows me, knows my dancing level can best be described at best as Dad Dancing ... and that's a compliment. I'm really hoping that my attempt for St Rocco's will redefine my daughter's description of my dancing technique! 

I mean what's not to love - never had a spray tan, wear too tight an outfit (may have done that before) and who knew dance shoes came in a size 13! 

But the reality is that St Rocco's is an inspirational place, supporting people who have been diagnosed with a life limiting condition, where they focus on the positives and enabling those diagnosed to live the best life they can, in the way they want - for as long as is possible. 

So if I have to endure a little - alright a lot - of humiliation, being laughed at and public embarrassment to make life a bit better for someone, well that's worth it in my book! 

If we raise £1,000 I'll share photo's of me dressed and spray tanned!
