Story

Thanks for visiting my fundraising page.

As many of you know I will be cycling 62 miles on the 13th of June for the National Association for Colitis and Crohn's (NACC) as part of the North East cycling event The Northern Rock Cyclone.  NACC does a huge amount of great work for sufferes of Colitis and Crohn's and their families.  They produce extensive literature about the diseases, work clocesly with speciallist IBD (Inflamatory Bowel Disease) nurses and fund a huge amount of research, giving away hundreds of thousands of pounds every year to support research projects.  With present annual subscriptions NACC is only able to cover 15% of its costs, and this makes the generosity of individuals such as yourself crucial to its survival and ability to continue its work.

Thank you once again for visiting my page; any donation you feel able to make is hugely appreciated by me and NACC.  If you're unsure about donating try thinking of it as compensation for all the lycra clad hours I've had to endure in training!

Wish me luck!

p.s. Donating through Justgiving is quick, easy and totally secure. It's also the most efficient way to sponsor me: The National Association for Colitis and Crohn's Disease - NACC gets your money faster and, if you're a UK taxpayer, Justgiving makes sure 25% in Gift Aid, plus a 3% supplement, are added to your donation.
