I'm running a marathon. Seemed like a good idea at the time and now I'm in too deep! I have, however, decided to use this as an opportunity to raise money and awareness of the charity re-cycle. Primarily they refurbish unwanted bicycles and ship them to parts of Africa where they are wanted and can make an impact in peoples lives.

If you can afford it please donate what you can to what I believe is a worthwhile cause.
