We support young people with M.E to support & empower them & their families

Story

Hi,
This is me and my daughter Rebecca who was first diagnosed with ME at the age of nine. It’s a cruel and isolating condition. Rebecca’s school years were punctuated by long absences during which she was house-bound (and often bed-bound).
She’s now 21 and working full-time as a Dispenser in a pharmacy.
AYME (pronounced ‘aim’) is an online community for children and young people with ME/Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. It provides a forum where they can contact and support others like themselves. Above all, it gave Rebecca a real confidence boost just to talk to others who are going through what she did.
All funds raised will help ensure that other young people have access to the services and benefits that have been such a great source of support to Rebecca.
Thanks for helping.
Stuart
