We help stroke survivors to find strength through support.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

As I'm sure you know Jez had a stroke in 2009 at the age of 50.  He was very unlucky as had no underlying problems.  Life has been very difficult for them but  made a little easier for him and Mum by the help given to them by members of the Stroke Team.

To enable this to continue for other people like Mum and Jez, please support me in my forcoming marathon.

'The Stroke Association' has supported Mum and Jez with support groups and rest bite, and I feel it is important to give back.

I would like to raise money and awareness of this worthwhile cause, As I have seen first hand the effects it has caused and the heartbreak it can bring to families.

I have decided to raise money by running the Paris Marathon on 10th April 2011.  This will be a personal challenge for me as I under go my training.

So please dig deep and donate now.
