Story

Craig Bowler lost both his legs and an arm when he tried to take his own life, since then the charity MIND means so much to him. Craig said he didn’t talk about his feelings, he had no control over them and they eventually "exploded". His message to anyone going through issues was talk about them, utilise the MIND helplines,  he said.

Craig Bowler started to play bowls after he lost his limbs and was part of the 18-strong England bowls squad for the 2022 Commonwealth Games where he won a Bronze medal. Craig now joins the England Charity team who play at Daventry in a challenge match on 1st October 2022. The charity team last year raised £1600 in the same fixture for another amazing charity “Ambitious about Autism”.

Please donate what you can to this amazing charity and support the England and Daventry players that are fundraising.
