Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

So myself and Matt finally got around - I got my best 10k time (in my forties) of 55 mins 26 secs so although I had hoped to break 55 mins, I was really pleased with this.

This is the last one I will be doing this year and if you haven't donated please do - check out the charity's web site CHECT (http://www.chect.org.uk/).

We have broken £200 this year if you haven't already donated we might set a target that won't be beaten for a few years!
