Fundraising for Cancer Research UK
Story
This year marks 5 years since we lost our amazing Granny/Mum to bowel cancer and it is for this reason that throughout 2014, the Smyth's will all be participating in a variety of fundraising events for several different cancer charities.
On June 21st, Nikki and Martin and I are taking part in Water Wipeout –a 5K Obstacle Race & Mud Run at The National Watersports Centre, Holme Pierrepont (http://xrunner.co.uk/events/water-wipeout).On the same day, Hilary and Mel are taking part in the Pink Ribbon Walk at Chatsworth a 10 mile walk around the grounds with all funds raised going to Breast Cancer Care.
Nikki, Kim & Mel are also planning to do the race for life at Darley Park in July.
