Our Team of disabled athletes works hard to get active and set goals. The funds we raise help them to get to the starting lines of races of all distances...from fitness walks to ultramarathons... by covering the costs of registration and equipment.

Story

My goal is to fundraise to help Achilles Connecticut showcase the power of the human spirit! 

The funds I raise will hopefully cover the remaining cost of a new racing handcycle they have supported me in applying for and getting from the Challenged Athletes Foundation.  

I am doing something I have never done before, pushing myself by participating in 2 marathons in one month's time—Eversource Hartford on Oct. 8th and the TCS NYC Marathon on Nov. 6th  Funds I raise will also cover my registration, hotel and travel expenses to both of these events.

There is absolutely no pressure on my part for you to give. I simply want to support those organizations that have been instrumental in supporting my family and me.
