I'm taking part in this event for two reasons....to achieve a personal goal and to raise money for a great charity.

I re-discovered the joy of cycling after being inspired by the 2012 Olympic Games and I've commuted daily since June 2013. To ride this classic cycle route has been my ambition for two years and I'm in regular training to make it a reality. I aim to cover 100 miles a week on my lovely new bike and be ready take on this challenge in top condition!

I believe the NSPCC do wonder work for all children, especially children needing help in difficult and distressing situations. I hope you feel the same and will help me reach my goal. Your donation will make a difference to a child in need.
