Story

My mother, or as many knew her “Suzi” suddenly passed away on the 22 July 2012.

Mum was the kindest of people who would do anything to help anyone, but ask for nothing in return. Helping others was what made mum happy most.

It's not until something like this happens that you realise how much you love and miss someone.

I know the pain will subside with time, and things will get easier but not a day goes by that I don't think about mum.

It came to light that mum died of Ischemic heart disease, so The British Heart Foundation seemed the suitable charity to me to raise money for.

The way I will be raising money is by taking part in The Great East Swim which is a two mile open water event in June 2013.

I know this will be a big challenge for me, but with a bit of training and mum looking down over me I will be fine and make her proud.

On behalf of myself and my family I would to thank everyone for the support and donations.

Many Thanks

Stu.
