We are the Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) and we're leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK.

Story

Along with many others, the recent pandemic and lockdown left me feeling exhausted and drained. I have been lucky enough to have support from friends, but not everyone is so lucky. CALM offer help to all those struggling with dark thoughts and difficult times.

Please help me to support them. I am walking 100km in September, non-stop, so I need your help. Whatever you feel you can spare would be awesome, and if you cant afford to send a donation a quick like on my social media will help me to spread the word.

Let's help to put an end to suicide.

The Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM) is leading a movement against suicide, the single biggest killer of men under the age of 45 in the UK. Anyone can hit crisis point. CALM run a free and confidential helpline and webchat 7 hours a day, 7 days a week for anyone who needs to talk about lifes problems.
