As many of you will know I am running the London Marathon this year, which us actually is my first ever marathon. The reason for entering and attempting this marathon is for personal achievement, however a number of people have asked if I am running for any particular charity.  

I have chosen Bloodwise the charity for Leukaemia & Lymphoma Research in memory of my Dad, Brian. He sadly passed away a couple of years ago, having suffered from Leukaemia & Lymphoma, so i felt it would be a fitting charity to raise a little funds for.

I have not set any major target to achieve through donations, as my achievement is for the completion of the marathon on 24th April 2016. Those of you who which to donate then I personally thank you and those funds will go towards a worthwhile and for me a somewhat personal cause.
