I am running the Great North Run on Sunday 12th September for the Mwezi Foundation.  https://mwezifoundation.org

The Mwezi Foundation lights up lifes by providing solar lights to primary schools in Kenya so that the students can study when there is no natural light. When it gets dark the children cannot just switch on an electric light in the same way as we do. These solar lights allows the children to do their homework and study at home, improving their grades and enables them to achieve their academic potential. 

Each light costs £12.50 so your donation can help make a difference.  

I am looking forward to the challenge of running the GNR for such a great cause and rolling back the years to 36 years ago when I did my last half marathon!
