I am running the Great North Run (13.1 miles) in aid of Selby Hands or Hope. They are a fantastic local charity who do a lot for the local community.

Our aim is to relieve financial hardship among people living within the Selby District. Providing such persons with goods and services which they could not otherwise afford. We, with your help, raise much needed funds to go back within our community, helping and assisting the causes of the needy.
