Story
Throughout April, as part of Bowel Cancer UK's, Step up for 30 campaign, I will be running or jogging 5k once a day, every day, for 30 consecutive days.
I am doing this to raise funds for Bowel Cancer UK and in memory of Alex Protts, who sadly passed away earlier this year. Alex was an inspiration to me and many others at Surrey Police and the College of Policing. She was a beautiful, brave, funny and wonderful woman, dearly missed and taken from us too soon.
I plan to finish some of my runs at Surrey Police sites (Woking, Guildford, etc.) and around Farnborough where Alex lived. I would love for any of Alex's colleagues or friends to join me on any of my runs (or walk if you'dprefer), so let me know if you'd like to join me (socially distanced of course).
Thanks for looking.
