Story
This year marks our fifth year of raising money for the Birmingham Children's Hospital. Over the past 4 years we have danced, skipped, walked and challenged ourselves in different ways and have raised over £15,000 for this amazing charity.
This year, our fundraising achievements were recognised by the hospital and have become one of their '100 Heroes'. This is an amazing honour for our small school but truly represents the hard work that we do to raise as much money as we can.
On 12th July we will, once again, wear red and challenge ourselves in a Heroes Heptathalon. Every child, from nursery to Year 6, will complete 7 different events in the hope of raising over £3000 for the charity. If we achieve this, our fundraising total for the past 7 years will reach a phenomenal £30,000.
Birmingham Children’s Hospital Charity believe there’s always more they can do for our sick kids and that’s why they will always strive to do more for their patients and families. It’s their mission to raise the vital funds needed to make a real difference to all who use their hospital. Your support empowers them to take innovative approaches to treating some of the sickest children in the UK. Your fundraising enables us to make their hospital feel just like home. Your donations are helping them to find new ways to treat and cure childhood diseases.
Thank you for supporting us with our fundraising efforts. Your support means a great deal to all of our children and the sick children of Birmingham.
