Story
My story began in December 2020, when battled by a third UK lockdown, @StrideandGlory was born.
Stride and Glory started as an instagram account where I simply wanted to share my enjoyment of running and fitness, while promoting the benefits of being positive and mentally resilient. Within a short space of time, an incredible community of movement and mental health enthusiasts quickly formed around me.
Since December 2020, Stride and Glory has amassed over 35K followers and has become an incredible platform for people to share their achievements and promote how they like to keep fit and healthy.
Fired up by an awesome community of like minded people, I decided to take my training to the next level by entering a 70.3 IM in October 2021. I am SO excited to compete in what will be an incredible event, backed by so may supportive followers.
I have chosen to raise money for Sporting Minds because of their work to promote positive mental health in young athletes aged 16 to 30. Off the back of a year in which all of our mental healths were rigorously put to the test, I can't think of a better cause to raise awareness for, that also resonates so strongly with the mission of Stride and Glory!
So, please help me by showing your support for this fantastic charity by donating whatever you can.
Thank you so much for keeping me motivated and supporting me on my journey!
