I am extremely privileged to have worked with young children for the last 9 years. It has been the most rewarding and amazing job role I could ever do. Every day I am reminded about how precious they are.  In Stretch-n-Grow we have amazing fun and I never tire of seeing happy, excited little faces.

Unfortunately, as we all know, children can get very poorly. Around 1,600 children this year in the UK will be diagnosed with cancer. The treatment can be life-saving but it can also have side-effects. Kidscan are a local charity (based in Salford) who focus on researching life-saving treatments designed specifically for children - taking into account the different way cancer affects children's cells. 

On the 11th November 2.30-5.00, the Stretch-n-Grow Altrincham team will be running a community charity event to celebrate 25 years of Stretch-n-Grow around the world. 

The event will be held at Altrincham Methodist Church Hall where I will attempt to teach 25 Stretch-n-Grow routines in 2.5 hours (let's hope I don't need a wee!).
