On Friday 18th October @2pm The Strength Factory gym team will be starting off on a 24 hour continuous trek/speed march (accompanied with a weighted vest each) using the beautiful backdrop of Rivington as the course. We will be going up and down from Rivington Bottom Barn to Rivington Pike as many times as possible in 24 hours to raise money and awareness for the invaluable work the guys at Crohn's & Colitis UK do week in week out.
