Only A Pavement Away's Hike Against Homelessness will take place in Snowdonia National Park on 24th June 2023. The brainchild of Georgia Mangham - daughter of Greg - has seen so many people interested that we simply had to plan another one!

Strand Palace has decided to send their Executive Team up the mountain for another year. Matthew, Teresa, Pavan, Mobin, Dave and Fabio will be hiking up Mount Snowdon as a team in support of Only A Pavement Away.

The overall purpose of Only A Pavement Away is to work in partnership with hospitality employers, referral charity partners and, individuals who have experienced or are facing homelessness, to connect them back into work. 

To date, the charity has helped placed over 240 members into work, adding an approximate value of over £5.2 million to the economy through reduced support, financial independence and household expenditure.

The charity's ambition is to help connect and support 1,000 people who have experienced or faced homelessness into work every year and the funds you help us raise from this challenge will be vital to ensuring they can achieve this!
