Stop the hunger - half term help

With the recent government vote against free school meals in the October half term I wanted to do something to help families who will struggle during this period to feed their families. I have chose this charity as I am in awe of the work Marcus Rashford has done this year in regards to low income families. This is not just about people who have no job or have recently lost their job but parents and adults that have had to adapt and change career paths to a lower income job as they are unable to work through the pandemic. There will be more families without jobs during this second wave than the first as the government help has significantly reduced yet they still refuse to help. Here is what your money could help towards:
£5 - helps to deliver enough food for 20 meals
£10 - helps deliver enough food for 40 meals
£25 helps to deliver enough food for 100 meals
8.4 million people in the uk are struggling to afford to eat, this is the equivalent to the whole population of London. Some people are going a full day without eating anything at all.
I know this page is not open for long but I wanted to make an impact on the half term period as no child deserves to worry about the next time they will eat.
Thanks, J xo
