Story
The latest lockdown hasn’t stopped Harriet Connor-Earl, Headmistress of St Mary’s School Hampstead, taking on a new fundraising challenge! On 26th March, she will be sleeping out to raise as much money as possible for the Cardinal Hume Centre.
Inspired by her pupils’ charitable endeavours and resilience over the last twelve months, Mrs Connor-Earl has once again signed up to raise money for the Cardinal Hume Centre, a charity committed to tackling poverty and preventing homelessness. They provide a safe environment and round-the-clock support to help homeless young people and disadvantaged families. The Centre also enables people to develop the skills and confidence they need to realise their full potential.
• £12 can pay for a young person to travel to
college for a week
• £25 can pay for a kitchen ‘starter pack’ so a
young homeless person can learn to cook
• £50 can pay for bedding and towels for when they
move into their new room
On Friday 26th March, Mrs Connor-Earl will be grabbing her sleeping bag, braving the cold and directly helping the Centre’s vital work. It would be wonderful if you could support her.
Your donation means so much, thank you!
