We are fundraising to offer fully funded mindfulness course places to help young people age 12-21 years affected by stress, anxiety, depression and lack of focus improve their levels of awareness, compassion, resilience and emotional wellbeing.
Story
Cultivating Mindfulness is passionate about giving young people the education they need to understand their own minds better and to help them to develop the crucial awareness, resilience and emotional wellbeing skills that they will need to move through life with greater ease.
Half of all mental health problems in adulthood begin before the age of 14. Young people are increasingly experiencing emotional and psychological health problems. We believe every young person should have early access to this training including those in need or at a disadvantage.
Cultivating Mindfulness aims to make the ten week Mindfulness Based Living Course for Young Adults developed by the Mindfulness Association accessible to every young person who would benefit in the community for free.
We want to see every young person provided with earlier intervention support to gain the vital knowledge they need to learn new ways of living a healthier happier life in a busy modern world. Help us help them.

We aim to build mindful, kind, compassionate communities and support children in need through our 'Glasgow's Spirit of Christmas' campaign. We aim to enhance the mental, emotional, physical health and wholeness of young adults age 12-25 years by providing free mindfulness and wellbeing programmes.
