Having watched the Army team parachute in to St Georges a few weeks ago, we knew this would be an exciting challenge... and raise some funds to support 'our boys'. So on the 30th July we are going to jump out of a plane. For most of us this is the scariest thing we have ever done... and probably the scariest thing we will ever do!
We all work at St George's School in Harpenden. We are normal people, not to prone such displays of bravery, and in October another group of teachers are hoping to also jump. But we are the pioneers and we would really value the encouragement that would come through your financial support.
A few pounds can make a huge difference to the lives of the many service men who find themselves needing care and support having served their country so bravely.
Our first target is to raise 2000 pounds by the first jump date!
