I thought I would set myself a new challenge so i picked the Great North Run ! I'm not setting a time to complete it in but I will give 100% :-)

It's early days yet so just putting a few miles in but will be increasing it weekly

Well the training is going well and I am enjoying running (Yes you did read that correctly !)

Its not long til the big day now, i will post some more photo's after the event ! :-)
