This year, and Murray Adams will be doing Marcothon - we each need to run everyday, for a minimum of 3 miles (5k) throughout December.

We are doing this in aid for Cash for Kids. As we approach Christmas, those who are in poverty are struck even harder and anything we can all give goes a long long way.
