Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

I am by no means a professional cyclists, nor am I by any means particularly good at it! I manage to get to work and back on a regular basis, and take part in the occasional organised event ( I always pick the shortest wimpy route of 30mi or less). To complete 300km in 3 days will be nothing more than a killer for me, and my weedy legs will most likely never forgive me for it! I purposely go the longer way around to avoid anything bigger than a speed bump!

This year I wanted to make a difference to help those that have been affected by cancer, and raise some money for the hard work that the Marie Curie nurses do day in and day out.

Almost everyone knows someone affected by terminal cancer, and it is a harrowing time but Marie Curie provide that specialist care to ease the mental and physical pain caused by it. They deserve as much help as we can give them.

if you have taken the time to read this then you can spare another minute or so to go to the donations page, even if its just £1 every penny goes to helping keep Marie Curie going. Go on and help this amazing charity!
