The Alarm was the band I followed around the country in my late teens and early twenties. Mike Peters the lead singer is a 2 x survivor of blood cancer and his wife a 1 x survivor of breast cancer. 

We are all touched by cancer in our lives one way or another. I want to raise money for the Love Hope Strength Foundation that through its initiatives makes a difference and saves lives.

This year Mike Peters was awarded the MBE for his services to charity and this is my tribute to all the enjoyment I had following the Alarm and the great works of the Love Hope Strength Foundation.
