Story
I sadly lost my Dad, Pat Williams, last summer after a relatively short period of illness. After initially recovering from the effects of a stroke things deteriorated. Dementia was just one of the issues the family had to cope with. Having to fight the bureaucracy and red tape of the NHS system, with the varying levels of care offered to stroke patients and their relatives, it was an inspiration in Dad's final weeks to witness the care and dedication of the Princess Alice Hospice (PAH). I have decided therefore to give something back by taking on the London to Paris bike ride.
