Steven was taken from us unexpectedly on Tuesday 15th July at the age of 29. Steve passed away peacefully in his sleep. He was a healthy young man who's death will remain a mystery to all who knew and loved him.

The post mortem that has been completed shows no signs of why Steve passed away. One thing that we are sure of is that Steve did not suffer any pain and would not of been aware of what was happening.

Steve was an incredible son, brother, boyfriend and friend to so many people. Steve was always smiling and joking but above everything else he was always making sure everyone else was ok.

Please help us raise awareness about heart risk in the young and to help avoid anyone else going through this awful ordeal.
