On October the 2nd I'll be running my first marathon, the 2011 Standard Chartered Jersey, in aid of Holidays For Heroes Jersey, which was set up to provide free holidays in Jersey for members of H.M.Armed Forces injured in mind or body whilst on or as a result of active service.
