I'll be running the 2010 London Marathon albeit very badly and hope to generate some worthwhile sponsorship to go to Cancer Research. For those of you who donate this is a massive thank you in advance, your money will be going to a great cause.

Training has commenced and although maybe not going as well as hoped, there's plenty of inspiration coming from someone else who never gave up, Grandad R.I.P brave and courageous til the end, we all miss you!!!
