I am doing an Ironman triathlon in August for Kent Wildlife Trust (KWT). The event consists of a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike and then a 26 mile run - all in one day! 

I chose KWT because I have been working with them over the last few years. They are passionate group of people who truly want to improve the local natural environment in Kent. They don't just work in Kent, they support major projects around the UK sharing their expertise. We all need to think about how we can improve the natural environment, creating safe havens for nature and then linking them all up into biodiversity super highways is great for nature, great for people and great for the planet!
