Friends, I recently joined the Board of Achieve Now (website: 
https://www.achieve-now.com/ ) .  The mission of Achieve Now is to bring all Philadelphia school-aged children to grade-level reading.  To accommodate the challenges of COVID-19, over the summer Achieve Now invested many hours and spent the amounts necessary to convert its in-person program to a fabulous virtual reading curriculum. If, like me, you believe there is no answer to our societal problems without more education and better education and that literacy is a critical early step in the educational process, then please join me in helping this organization fulfill its mission by contributing to its Back-to-School fundraiser.  All contributions are Federally tax deductible.  Thank you from me--but on behalf of the youngsters you are helping.
