For those of you not familiar with Mines Advisory Group (MAG) they are one of the world's leading landmine clearance organisations. With staff worldwide working on cleaning up landmines and other unexploded ordnance, working in numerous hostile and remote locations.

 

The MAG teams risk their lives on a daily basis by locating, removing and destroying unexploded ordnance and the other remnants of war which is left that could injury the unaware if they stumble across it.

 

The money that you donate will allow MAG to train and equip new and existing de-mining teams to aid in clearing contaminated land as well as educate people living working and travelling through these areas to minimise the risks to them and their families. All this work done by MAG enables the people located in these areas affected by conflict to rebuild their lives.

 

MAG are currently working in 18 countries worldwide including Vietnam, Cambodia, Sri Lanka, Iraq, Lebanon, Sudan, Angola, Congo, Gaza and Colombia.

 

MAG are need of our help to continue saving Lives and building better futures for the communities which are affected by the devastation left behind due to war and are living with the daily threat of death and injury.
