I have decided to run the Manchester 10k in aid of diabetes UK, and in memory of my mum, Doreen.
Diabetes was a major contribution to her passing and I saw first hand how this affected her and her quality of life.
I hope in raising funds, it contributes to help people to live with it better in their daily life and hopefully cure it once and for all one day.
