I am doing the Great North Run this year to help out, what I now consider to be the best charity out there.  The Butterwick Hospice dosent only help and support there patients but there familes as well.  I lost my dad in January this year and without the help and support the Butterwick staff give him and the family, he and we would not have coped and managed as well as we did.  As you can see from the photo me and dad, are not the smalliest blokes so doing 13 miles around Newcastle will be tough, but anything I can do to help and aid the Butterwick.
