I'm raising money for the Prostate Cancer Charity because my dad went through radiotherapy for the disease recently. He is now okay, but as the most common cancer amongst men, this is a disease that needs research, and this means money.

Currently, 1 in 8 men will get prostate cancer, and there is no reliable screening process. 

Please give as much or as little as you can to spur me on my way as I attempt to cycle 200 miles in a single day. This is a BIG challenge - I've done a number of 100 mile rides, but this is such a big step up in distance, I cannot take it for granted that I will complete the 200 miles without really digging deep
