This Appeal will help Ukrainian refugees fleeing war. Families have left their homes and everything they know with only the items they were able to carry. Help us provide crisis support and shelter in the UK through our volunteer hosts.

Story

“At least 3 million people have fled their homes, with the number expected to climb to 5 million. Leaving behind jobs, belongings and loved ones, they now face an uncertain future.”

I initially signed up to do this just as a personal target to get some fitness back. But no sooner had I done so, a humanitarian crisis on our own continent occurred and it felt wrong not to be raisin a few quid for those poor souls. My brother subsequently joined me to make it a joint venture.
