Story
I'm taking part in the Leeds Castle Sprint Triathlon 2019 – Saturday 29th June to help RBLI to help ex-service men and women and their families.
I was injured in 2009 after being caught up in an IED explosion while serving in Afghanistan. I have suffered injuries to his hip, groin, MTBI, hearing and spine, as well as sustaining nerve and tendon damage. I was later diagnosed with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, partly brought on by years working as an emergency medical technician and infantry man. The RBLI has helped me to regain my confidence and to improve on my social silks. These gives me the motivation to push myself to my limits and improve in both fitness and life ,i aim to archive my goals to the best of my ability because of them.
