Well we finally got to do our walk in aid of Jo, Chloe & The Aplastic Anaemia Trust on Sun 12 May at Windsor Great Park. ..

We laughed as we arrived, saying that it was such a sunny day Jo must have booked the weather ;-)

Our party was 14 people made up of family & close friends including all the children who were incredibly well behaved throughout the day and duly made their way around the 6K and 10K courses without complaint..(well hardly any..)

The park is a beautiful venue for an event like this, and really captured what the day was all about really. We made new friends, enjoyed the hogroast after the walk, then proudly showed off our medals. It was great to see so many people present (around 150)

None of this would have mattered without the generosity and kindness of all of you who so gladly gave of your money to enable the AAT to assist in its aim of reasearch into the terrible but little know Aplastic Anaemia, and to continue to support those families suffering the fallout from it.
