I'm doing this fitness stuff as part of a virtual relay effort with a group of colleagues at Barclays.  We're going to collectively run, walk and ride the distance from Poole to Canary Wharf and then to our Radbroke Hall office in Knutsford, Cheshire, in order to raise funds for worthy causes. Barclays will double what we raise through the Barclays COVID-19 Colleague Matched donations Programme. The distance along the route is about 457kms and our goal it to make it there and back.  I've chosen to support St Michael's Hospice in Basingstoke, which has a great relationship with my colleagues in the Basingstoke Office.
